Peter Colombo - Head Coach
Since become head coach in 2004, Coach Peter Colombo has guided the Boxers to the MIAA Division 1 Playoffs seven times, with five Super Bowl Appearances, and two Championships in 2004 and 2005. Coach Colombo is a 1975 graduate of Brockton High School, where he was the starting QB in the first two MIAA Super Bowls. Coach Colombo is a member of the Brockton High Athletics Hall of Fame. He is a graduate of The College of the Holy Cross, where he played football and baseball. Coach Colombo is a former English Teacher at Brockton High School and currently works as an Adaptive Physical Education Teacher.

Coach Bob O'Neill brings a great deal of experience to the Boxers program. A Boxer Hall of Fame member, Coach O'Neill brings a wealth of coaching experience to the Brockton sidelines. After graduated from Brockton High School in 1982, Coach O'Neill went to play QB and graduate from Michigan State University. Coach O'Neill has served as an assistant coach at Okamis High School in Michigan, and locally at Middleboro and Barnstable High School. He is also an Assistant Outdoor Track Coach at Brockton High School. Coach O'Neill is a member of the Business Education department at BHS. Coach O'Neill has been recognized as the assistant coach of the year by the MHSFCA.

Returning to Brockton High as Head Football Coach in 1969; Coach Colombo would hold that position until 2003; winning nine Super Bowls.

A 2003 graduate of Stonehill College, Coach Campbell has been an assistant football coach at Foxboro High School and prior to that Oliver Ames High School. Coach Campbell is a history teacher at West Middle School, where he coaches the Boy's Basketball team and he is the Boys Outdoor Head Track Coach.

Coach Mosley is one of our primary junior varsity coaches and also works with our linebackers. A school police officer and Boys Outdoor Assistant Track Coach, Coach Mosley is a graduate of Western Connecticut State University.

Chris DiGiacomo joined the staff in 2013 after previously being the Head Coach at Matignon High School. Coach "D" has previous coaching experience at Bridgewater State College and Franklin High School. He is a physicians assistant at the Leahy Clinic and is a certified athletic trainer; previously working at Boston College.

Arthur Dias - Freshman Football Coach/Strength and Conditioning
After a distinguished playing career; captaining the Boxers to the 2004 Super Bowl, Arthur Dias continued his playing career at Northeastern University. After graduation, Artie worked as a mentor and assistant football coach at West Roxbury High School; before returning to the Brockton Boxers Program.
Currently, Artie is a science teacher in the B.B. Russell Alternative Program. In addition to coaching football, Coach Dias runs the districts summer athletic conditioning program and he coaches wrestling and girls' outdoor track.

Sam Besong - Freshman Football Coach
Sam Besong was a standout performer and captain of the 2004 Super Bowl Team. Coach Besong played collegiately at UMASS Amherst before working in the Brookline Public Schools, where he was an assistant football coach. Coach Besong currently teaches Social Studies at South Middle School.

A Brockton football alumnus, after leaving Brockton High School Frank Czarnowksi served his country in Desert Storm and now serves the people of Brockton as a police Officer. The former President of the Brockton Junior Boxers Pop Warner Program, Coach Czarnowski has been a valuable member of the Brockton football staff, helping transition many players from youth football to the high school level.
